Hi, my name is Gina Odle, Practitioner’s Assistant here at ANMC. Health and Wellness are an immense passion of mine. I first dipped my toe into whole body wellness during my own health experiences. Later this led me to become a Yoga instructor. Since then, I’ve completed my education as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner C.N.H.P; I began training with International Health Technologies to efficiently operate BioScan devices. In addition to that, I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release Techniques. Reiki fits so nicely with the education and devotion I have toward helping folks feel better. In this line of work, I have the pleasure of working with all ages and stages. Some occurrences that have brought clients in include a desire to learn more about nutrition and meal planning, concussions, recovering from surgery, headaches/migraines, vertigo, earaches, constipation, neck & back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, irregular menses, infertility, relaxation, and beyond. Many individuals I see are new to energy work like CST or Reiki. Overall, each client expresses a similar sentiment after each session, they feel relaxed. In a world where we have become accustomed to operating in a constant sympathetic state (fight-or-flight) I am humbled that I can aid people into a parasympathetic response (rest-digest), where peace and calm is attained.

When I’m not working, I love to be outside and spend time with my family. My husband and I have two sons and we all enjoy hunting, fishing, water skiing, and just about anything outdoors! Some of my hobbies include yoga, photography, gardening & canning. I’m grateful to be a part of the wonderful team at ANMC and look forward to supporting you in creating a balanced life!
