Kati Birhanzl is a dedicated and organized professional with a diverse background in education, youth development, human resources, program coordination, and retail management. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master's in Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, she has built a career centered on project management and motivating others.

Throughout her career, Kati has demonstrated a strong aptitude for retail and department management, specifically during her time overseeing general merchandise and trade book departments. In addition to management, Kati has experience in roles as a Career Coordinator at Montevideo High School and a 4-H Program Coordinator. She has a strong desire to volunteer demonstrated by her long-standing community involvement with a variety of organizations including Junior Achievement and the Minnesota River Valley CEO.

Her passion for the work began with having her own children and keeping them healthy. Her interest increased upon learning two of her four children are medically complex which inspired a deeper desire to find nutrition and therapies to support their growing bodies.
